General Questions
- Can I add another domain name or change my existing domain name?
If you wish to add or change your domain name, you will have to pay $25.00 for the purchase of a new domain name and for us to make all the appropriate changes for your new domain name to work. If you already have your own domain name, you could simply forward it to the domain name that is being used with your current package. Such changes can take up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet.
- How do I access my website statistics?
Login to the Members Area using the account information provided to you when you signed up with us.
- Who do I contact if I need help with my website?
You can login to the Members Area and initiate communication with one of our representatives.
- Does my price change if my business grows?
If you site seems to be receiving more traffic than your package allows, we will contact you and discuss on a case by case basis.
- If I decide to leave WebPark.ca are there any charges incurred? Do I get any money back?
If you leave within the first 3 Months you will get your full purchase price (of the package) returned minus the first 3 months. The refund excludes any addins or plugins to your site.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We have two secure online payment options: 1) If you pay by 2Checkout you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands. 2) You also have the choice of paying through Paypal with your existing Paypal account. If you do not feel comfortable paying online or do not have one of the credit cards stated above you can send us a personal cheque. Please note that your cheque will have to clear before we can start on your website. For more information on where to send a personal cheque, please send an e-mail to accounts@webpark.ca or fill out the Contact Us form.
- I uploaded a file to the wrong location and it overwrote one of my photos. I don't have the original, what can I do?
Send us an e-mail to support@webpark.ca explaining the filename that you are missing and we will try to retrieve it from our backups.
