• How much storage space do I have for each of my e-mail accounts?

• Are my e-mails protected against viruses?
  Yes, our e-mail servers scan for viruses as the e-mails come in. Our virus scanner uses heuristic scanning and the virus definitions are updated daily. If the scanner detects that an e-mail is infected with a virus it will remove the e-mail even before it hits your inbox.
• How do I configure my mail client to use my new email address?
  Follow these steps to set up your email:
  • Open your mail client software (eg. Outlook Express)
  • Go to Tools, Accounts
  • Click Mail tab
  • Click Add button on the right, then Mail
  • Type in your Display Name and click Next
  • Type in your full email address and click Next
  • Incoming mail: pop.webpark.ca
  • Outgoing mail: smtp.webpark.ca (NOTE: If your internet provider is Telus use smtp.telus.net instead.)
  • Account Name: your full email address
  • Password: your password
  • Click Next, Finish, Close
• Can I get more e-mail addresses?
  Yes, you can purchase a bundle of 5 e-mail addresses at the cost of $10.00/yr.
