Understanding Maintenance Packages
- Hours are kept until you use them. They do not expire.
- Hours are used up in half hour intervals.
- Maintenance work is performed on existing design of website which means if a new page is added it will inherit that design (not
applicable in the case of KickStart unless site owner has agreed to pay for an extra page).
- Work can include adding, removing and/or modification of content.
- Includes light grahpics production (ie. cleaning up images, cropping, sizing, etc.).
- Does not include new graphic creation.
- Does not include new site/page design or development.
- Assumes content will be provided by the site owner.
